Section 2

(1) No person shall engage or attempt to engage, or assist a person to engage or to attempt to engage in spearfishing, of any kind, within the Reserves prescribed in the Schedule to these Regulations. Interpretation. Schedule. (2) A person within any of the Reserves prescribed in the Schedule to these Regulations, who possesses any of the following equipment on board a vessel, or on his person, will be presumed to be engaging in, or to be attempting to engage in, spearfishing in contravention of these Regulations and that person shall be held liable in accordance with regulation 3Schedule. (a) speargun; (b) polespears; (c) handspears; (d) hawaiian slings; (e) ikijime or kill spike;
