Section 3

(1) No person shall use a gill net of any mesh size or length for the purpose of, or as a method of, catching fish in fisheries waters. (2) No person shall land, sell, buy or be in possession of any fish obtained in fisheries waters by the use of a gill net. (3) No person shall have in his possession a gill net in fisheries waters.
