Commencement of Act No. 7 of 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 94 of the Fisheries Resources Act (No. 7 of 2020), and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, GODWIN HULSE, Minster responsible for Fisheries, do hereby appoint the 14th of February, 2020 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
