Power to delegate

(1) The Minister or the Fisheries Administrator with the approval of the Minister, as the case may be, may, in relation to any particular matter or class of matters or to any particular part of Belize related to this Act, by writing under seal, delegate to any officer or employee of the Department or to any prescribed person all or any of its powers under this Act.
