Removal of item in custody

A person who removes a vessel, vehicle, aircraft or other item held in the custody of the Government under this Act commits an offence whether or not he knew the vessel, vehicle, aircraft or other item was held in the custody of the Government for the purposes of this Act, and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not less than fifty thousand dollars nor more than two hundred and fifty thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both fine and imprisonment. etc.
