Forfeiture and suspension of fishing rights, licences, etc

Where a person is convicted of an offence against this Act the court, in the first instance may, and on second or subsequent conviction shall, forfeit or suspend for such period as the court considers appropriate, any applicable fishing right, licence, authorization, or permit.
