General powers

(1) A Fisheries Officer may do all such acts and give such directives as are reasonably necessary for the purposes of exercising any of his powers under this Act. (2) The powers of a Fisheries Officer under this Act are exercisable– (a) within Belize; and (b) in the fisheries waters, in relation to any conduct whether or not that conduct occurred in the fisheries waters.
