Regulations

The Minister may make regulations providing for– (a) the further regulation and control of– (i) marine scientific research; (ii) test-fishing; (iii) bio-prospecting; (b) the sharing of the benefits of research; (c) attribution of data collected in scientific research and test-fishing operations; (d) reporting requirements; Fisheries Resources [CAP. 210 47 (e) disposal of catch obtained in scientific research and test fishing operations.
