Appeals from decision of Fisheries Administrator

A person affected or aggrieved by– (a) the refusal of the Fisheries Administrator to issue or renew a licence in accordance with this Act; or (b) the cancellation or suspension by the Fisheries Administrator of a licence issued under this Act; may, within 30 days of the receipt of notification of that decision appeal against it to the Minister, whose decision shall be final.
