Appeals against the decision of the Fisheries Administrator

A person affected or aggrieved by a decision of the Fisheries Administrator to– (a) refuse an application for a licence or renewal thereof; or (b) cancel or suspend a licence, may, within thirty days of the receipt of notification of that decision, appeal against it in writing to the
