Bonded logbooks

High Seas Fishing (Monitoring, Control And Surveillance) Regulations, reg. 7 · Revised Edition 2020

In addition to the requirement of regulation 5, all fishing vessels shall keep on board a bonded logbook to record daily fishing operational activities. The logbook shall be filled in by the master or his designate on board the vessel for the period from 1st January to 31st December of each year and shall be returned to the BHSFU no later than 30 days after the end of the year. 70
