Sanctions

High Seas Fishing (Monitoring, Control And Surveillance) Regulations, reg. 53 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of these Regulations shall result in the suspension or revocation of any license issued, either temporarily or permanently, or any other sanctions in accordance with the High Seas Fishing Sanctions Regulations.
