Notification of port landings

(1) The master of receiving Belize flagged vessel or his representative shall, within 24 hours, notify the BHSFU of the landing and provide a declaration of landing, detailing all quantities of each species to be landed with the following (a) IMO number and name of the vessel; (b) FAO Alpha-3 code of each species and the relevant geographical area in which the catches were taken; (c) the quantities of each species in tons of product weight, broken down product type or, where appropriate, the number of individuals species; and (d) the port of landing. 89 (2) The accuracy of the data recorded in the landing declaration shall be the responsibility of the master.
