VMS data confidentiality

(1) The ownership of all vessel monitoring system information generated by an MTU of a vessel is vested in Belize. (2) All vessel monitoring information shall be classified as confidential information and shall be subject to such procedures as may be prescribed. (3) It is prohibited to divulge information from a vessel monitoring system to any person who is not authorized to receive such information.
