Observer’s obligations

Once the voyage is completed, the observer shall file a comprehensive report of the activities performed on board in compliance with the rules assigned, together with all the relevant documentation, no later than 30 days subsequent to disembarking from the vessel. The information provided shall be in compliance with the indicated guidelines, as far as the context, presentation and the basis established for the same require.
