High Seas Fishing (Monitoring, Control And Surveillance) Regulations, reg. 14 · Revised Edition 2020
The Director may require such other reports in respect to any vessel as he may deem necessary–
(a) for fisheries conservation and management;

(b) for any activity licensed under these Regulations; or
(c) to implement or enforce the provisions of the Act or these Regulations.
