Period of validity of a licence

The licences issued under these Regulations shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issuance with the exception that Authorization to Operate in the EEZ or Fisheries Waters of another State shall be valid only during the currency of the fishing licence or other authorization granted by that State.
