Appeals

(1) The owner, operator or legal representative of the vessel may appeal to the Registrar against any decision taken by the Director in accordance with these Regulations within thirty (30) days of such decision. (2) All appeals shall be determined on the basis of written submissions unless the appellant requests an oral audience in which case the respondent shall also have a right to appear before the Registrar.
