Port calls

(1) A licensed vessel shall make a port call for the purpose of inspection at a designated port at the commencement of each licence period. 44 High Seas Fishing (2) A port call referred to in subregulation (1) shall be– (a) made for the purpose of inspection by an authorized officer; and (b) certified in writing by an authorized officer. (3) In addition to the required port call referred to in subregulation (1), a licensed vessel shall be required to make not less than two port calls per year at a designed port. RFMOs.
