Determining the value of catch and impact on the environment

(1) When calculating the value of any part of the catch, the value will be determined by the most recent average prices at the most appropriate markets. If the catch is actually landed, then the value achieved through sale on an open market will be used. (2) When calculating the value of the impact on the environment, an environmental impact assessment shall be used in determining the level of fine and/or accompanying sanctions
