Sanctions to be imposed administratively by the Director

High Seas Fishing Sanctions Regulations, reg. 13 · Revised Edition 2020

All sanctions under these Regulations shall be imposed by the Director administratively, but an appeal shall lie to the Registrar as hereinafter provided.
