BHSFU may determine participatory rights in fisheries

The BHSFU may determine participatory rights in the fishery, such as allocations of allowable catch or levels of fishing effort. Allocation of such participatory rights may include restrictions as to vessel type, species, gear type, season of operation, areas in which the fishing can take place, or any other restrictions relevant to fisheries conservation and rights n fisheries.
