Repeal and savings

(1) Upon the commencement of this Act, the High Seas Fisheries Act, 2003 shall stand repealed. (2) All Regulations, By-laws, Rules, Orders and other subsidiary legislation made under the repealed Act, to the extent that they are not inconsistent with this Act, shall continue in force after the commencement of this Act, until repealed by Regulations, By-laws, Rules, Orders and other subsidiary legislation made under this Act.
