Power to delegate

(1) The Registrar may, in relation to any particular matter or class of matter, by writing under his hand delegate to the Director any of his powers under this Act, except the power to (2) Every delegation under this section shall be revocable at will, and no delegation shall prevent the exercise of any power by the Registrar.
