Record of Fishing Vessels

Where a fishing vessel has been licensed under section 16, the Director shall maintain a register which shall contain the following information– (a) nature of the activity licensed or authorized; (b) the particulars of the vessel, person or establishment licensed or authorized; (c) the terms of each license or authorization; (d) any action taken in respect of the licence or (e) the result of any appeal affecting the licence or authorization considered; and (f) any other matter that is prescribed.
