Stockpiling, etc., of chemical weapons prohibited

A person commits an offence who, intentionally or recklessly– (a) develops, produces, otherwise acquires, stockpiles, or retains chemical weapons; (b) uses chemical weapons; (c) engages in military preparations to use 9 (d) assists, encourages, or induces, in any way, any person to engage in any activity prohibited to a State Party under the Convention; (e) transfers, directly or indirectly, a chemical weapon to anyone; or (f) engages in any other activity prohibited to a State Party under the Convention, and is liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for life or to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand dollars.
