Functions of the Director of Chemical Weapons Convention Office

The Director’s functions shall be– (a) to ensure the effective operation of this Act; (b) to assist the Government in carrying out, on behalf of Belize, its obligations under the (c) to appoint national inspectors, if necessary, and to facilitate inspections of premises in Belize by in accordance with the provisions of the (d) to perform such duties and exercise such powers as are conferred upon the Director under this Act or Regulations or under any other law of Belize; (e) to do anything incidental or conducive to the performance of any of the functions referred to in paragraphs (a) to (d).
