Application

(1) This Act extends to all of Belize and to ships and aircrafts registered in, belonging to, or in the possession of, Belize. (2) This Act also extends to all acts done or omitted to be done by Belizean citizens and permanent residents outside Belize if the Minister issues a certificate that such acts or omissions affect the internal security of Belize or affect public peace, safety or interest.
