Verification of toxic chemicals

All toxic chemicals and their precursors listed in Schedules I, II and III of the Annex on Chemicals to the Convention, facilities related to such chemicals, and other facilities and places as specified in the Verification Annex to the Convention, are hereby declared to be subject to verification measures as provided in the Convention.
