Application of Customs and Excise Duties Act and Customs Regulation Act

(1) All the provisions of the Customs and Excise Duties Act and the Customs Regulation Act and any Regulations made thereunder that apply with respect to prohibited imports and prohibited exports (except the penalty for an offence under the provisions of such law) shall extend and apply with respect to chemicals and precursors whose importation into, and exportation from, Belize is prohibited under Part II, in all respects as if the importation and exportation were prohibited under those Acts.
