Power to destroy prohibited objects

(l) Prohibited objects removed from any premises in pursuance of section 8, shall be destroyed on such day, at such place and such time as may be determined by the Commander, Belize Defence Force. (2) Where prohibited objects are removed from any premises in pursuance to section 8 (6), for destruction, the occupier of the premises commits an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of fifty thousand dollars and to imprisonment for seven years.
