Caribbean Investment Fund Act (Commencement) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 7 of the Caribbean Investment Fund Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, RALPH FONSECA, Minister responsible for Investment, do hereby appoint the 14th day of July, 2000, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
