Death of holder of registered brand

(1) On the death of a person, whose name is on the National Register of Brands, his executor or next of kin, as the case may be, shall within thirty days of the death, give notice in writing to the Registrar of Brands of such death. (2) Any person who fails to comply with this section commits an offence.
