Inspection of brands

(1) The Registrar of Brands shall appoint fit and proper persons to be inspectors of brands under whose supervision or direction all branding of cattle shall be carried out. (2) Any person who brands or causes any cattle to be branded contrary to this section commits of an offence. 9
