Examination of apiaries

Any person appointed under section 8 may, with such assistance as may be necessary, enter upon any land and there examine any apiary in order to ascertain whether the apiary is infected with disease but the exercise of such power shall be without prejudice to the provisions of the Belize Agricultural Health Authority Act. 7
