Size of apiaries

(1) The maximum number of hives allowed in any one apiary shall be determined by the Chief Agricultural Officer. (2) The minimum distance between apiaries shall be determined by the Chief Agricultural Officer as provided in Gazette No. 97 of 1964. 8
