Dissolution of existing Banana Growers’ Association

From the date of the commencement of this Act, the present Organisation existing by the name of the Banana Growers’ Association shall cease to exist and all accounts properly audited shall be handed over within ninety days to the new Banana Growers’ Association as established under section 21.
