Right of inspector to take measures in event of non- compliance with notice by licensee

(1) If a licensee fails to comply with any direction in any notice served upon him under section 17 or if he fails to satisfy an inspector that the measures taken are adequate, the inspector may on the expiration of any period of time, if any, stipulated in the notice within which the licensee is directed to act, enter the banana plantation and cause adequate measures to be taken. (2) The costs of any measures taken under the provisions of sub-section (1), shall be paid by the licensee. 15
