Appeal to the Court of Appeal

(1) Any party aggrieved by a decision of the Appeal Board may appeal as of right to the Supreme Court on the ground that the decision is erroneous on a point of law or is unconstitutional. (2) On any such appeal, the Supreme Court may affirm or set aside the decision appealed against, or may remit the matter to the Appeal Board for rehearing and determination by it.
