Procedure for hearing appeals
Cap. 204:01, s. 59 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) The Appeal Board may make rules to regulate its procedure for hearing appeals and such rules shall comply with the rules of natural justice.
(2) The decision of a majority of its members shall be the decision of the entire Appeal Board.
