Appeals against decisions of the Authority

A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the (a) to grant a licence; (b) to refuse an application for a licence; (c) to revoke or suspend a licence; (d) to serve an enforcement notice or a cessation may appeal against the decision to the Appeal Board.
