Appointment of Appeal Board

(1) The Minister shall appoint an Aquaculture Appeal Board (referred to in this Act as “the Appeal Board”) to hear and determine an appeal from any decision or order of the Authority. (2) The Appeal Board appointed for the purpose of this Act shall be constituted ofAquaculture Development [CAP. 204:01 53 (a) a representative of the Global Aquaculture Alliance, who shall be the Chairperson of the (b) one member of the Association; (c) one member nominated by the Minister from among persons who have knowledge of aquaculture, environmental sciences or related disciplines and is of good character provided that the person so nominated is not a serving member of the Authority.
