Cessation Order

(1) Where a person operates an aquaculture facility in respect of which there exists no aquaculture operating licence, the Authority may issue a cessation order in writing to such person directing him to cease operations, by such date as shall be specified in the order. (2) Where the person to whom an order is issued under subsection (1) of this section, fails to comply with the order to cease operations he shall be liable to be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Part VIII.
