Variation or withdrawal of enforcement notice

(1) he Authority may withdraw an enforcement notice if the person on whom the enforcement notice has been served consents in writing to comply with the requirements set out in the notice. (2) The Authority shall serve notice of withdrawal on all persons on whom the enforcement notice has been served. (3) The withdrawal of an enforcement notice does not affect the power of the Authority to issue further enforcement notices.
