Revocation or suspension of Export Business Certificate

Without prejudice to the powers conferred on the Authority by section 42, the Minister shall have power in respect of any violation by the holder of an Export Business Certificate of any of the conditions subject to which the Certificate was granted or of the provisions of this Act or the regulations made thereunder, after proper notice and a hearing in accordance with the regulations, to– (a) suspend or revoke the Export Business (b) suspend for such period as he deems appropriate or to annul all or any of the benefits to which the holder of the Certificate was entitled under the provisions of section 40.
