Additional duties of the Chief Executive Officer

(1) The Chief Executive Officer shall, subject to the general policy directions of the Board, be responsible for the management of the Authority, including the organization of staff in accordance with general terms and conditions of service established by the Board. (2) The Chief Executive Officer shall also have authority– (a) to sign jointly with another Director, reports, balance sheets and other financial statements; (b) to delegate his powers provided for in paragraph (a) of this subsection to other officers of the Authority; (c) to dismiss and exercise disciplinary control over officers, employees and agents.
