Responsibilities of the Board

The responsibilities of the Board include– (a) the implementation of this Act and Regulations made thereunder, (b) the adoption and implementation of all policies of the Authority; (c) monitoring all activities of the Authority and making periodic reports to the Minister in relation thereto as occasion demands.
