Board of Directors

Cap. 204:01, s. 11 · Revised Edition 2020

There shall be a Board of Directors of the Authority, appointed by the Minister, which shall be constituted as provided in section 12, of this section and the Board of Directors shall be the principal policy making organ of the Authority.
