Other matters to be taken into consideration

The court shall, on any application made under this Part, have regard, (a) to any past, present or future capital or income from any source of the dependent of the testator to whom the application relates; 20 (b) to the conduct of that dependent in relation to the testator and otherwise; and (c) to any other matter or thing which in the circumstances of the case the court may consider relevant or material in relation to that dependent, to the beneficiaries under the will, or otherwise.
