Wills of soldiers, etc

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, any member of Her Majesty’s Forces being in actual naval, etc. 16 military or air force service, and any mariner or seaman being at sea may dispose of his personal estate as such a person might have done in England before the passing of the Wills Act 1837, c.26. (2) Subsection (1) of this section, authorises any such soldier or mariner or seaman so to dispose of his estate though under the age of eighteen years.
